Application Guidelines
Surface Preparation
Brick and Concrete
Remove surface dust.
Apply primer (recommended: TSM Primer).
Metal
Degrease surface (remove oil contaminants).
Clean areas affected by corrosion.
Apply a suitable primer according to metal type.
Wood
Remove dust.
Apply primer (recommended: TSM Primer).
Facade and Decorative Plasters
Remove surface dust.
Apply primer (recommended: TSM Primer).
Material Preparation
Mix thoroughly until a uniform consistenct is achieved.
Application
Apply by spray or brush in thin layers (approx. 0.35 mm per layer).
Minimum interval between layers: 2 hours.
Maximum thickness per 24 hours: 1 mm.
Number of layers depends on temperature, humidity, and on-site conditions (confirm with supplier/manufacturer).
Drying time: at +20°C and 50-60% humidity, a 1 mm layer dries in approx. 24 hours. In cold or humid conditions, drying time increases.
Consumption: ~1.4 L/m2 per 1 mm of coating thickness.
