TSM ThermoGUARD

TSM ThermoGUARD is a liquid thermal insulation coating based on acrylic polymers and ultra-fine ceramic microspheres (0.03-0.008 mm). It is applied like paint, forming a layer just a few millimeters thick, and functions as penetrating thermal insulation with a reflective effect.

The material reduces heat loss, increase the energy efficiency of buildings, and eliminates thermal bridging by acting as a balancing barrier between internal and external environments. It effectively prevents condensation, mold, mildew, corrosion, and protects surfaces from UV degradation.

Using TSM ThermoGUARD enables energy savings of 25-40% on heating, air conditioning, and electricity or gas consumption.

TSM ThermoGUARD - Innovative Liquid Thermal Insulation

  • Energy savings: reduces heating, cooling, and electricity costs by 25-40%
  • Applied like paint and simultaneously serves as insulation
  • Reduces heat loss by up to 40%
  • Prevents condensation, mold, mildew, corrosion, and UV-induced degradation
  • Suitable for all types of structures: metal, concrete, brick, wood, as well as hard-to-reach areas (e.g., window slopes) and underfloor heating systems
  • Eliminates cold bridging and structural freezing; protects concrete and brick from temperature-related damage
  • White material, can be tinted and used as a finish coat
  • Eco-friendly, water-based composition
  • Easy to maintain and repair
  • Non-combustible (Class A1)
  • Operating temperature range: -60°C to +210°C
  • Lightweight, does not add structural load
  • Warranty: 20 years, subject to proper application

Application Guidelines

Surface Preparation

Brick and Concrete

Remove surface dust.

Apply primer (recommended: TSM Primer).

Metal

Degrease surface (remove oil contaminants).

Clean areas affected by corrosion.

Apply a suitable primer according to metal type.

Wood

Remove dust.

Apply primer (recommended: TSM Primer).

Facade and Decorative Plasters

Remove surface dust.

Apply primer (recommended: TSM Primer).

Material Preparation

Mix thoroughly until a uniform consistenct is achieved.

Application

Apply by spray or brush in thin layers (approx. 0.35 mm per layer).

Minimum interval between layers: 2 hours.

Maximum thickness per 24 hours: 1 mm.

Number of layers depends on temperature, humidity, and on-site conditions (confirm with supplier/manufacturer).

Drying time: at +20°C and 50-60% humidity, a 1 mm layer dries in approx. 24 hours. In cold or humid conditions, drying time increases.

Consumption: ~1.4 L/m2 per 1 mm of coating thickness.

Packaging and Storage

20 L bucket (13 kg ±5%)

Do not stack pallets with buckets

Storage and transport: from +5°C to +25°C

Shelf life: 12 months

Service life over 30 years
