A residential house with a floor area of 152 m², built in 1987, was modernized using TSM Ceramic liquid thermal insulation. As a result, its energy efficiency rating improved by two levels — from class D to class B, which means a significant reduction in heat loss and heating costs.

The renewed façade not only transformed the building’s exterior appearance but also received additional protection against moisture, mold, and mildew. In this way, TSM Ceramic made it possible to turn a house with outdated thermal performance into a modern, energy-efficient dwelling.
