A neo-Gothic residential house with a floor area of about 210 m², built in the early 1950s, underwent a comprehensive façade upgrade using TSM Ceramic liquid thermal insulation. Initially, the property was in energy efficiency class E, and after modernization it rose to class C, which significantly reduced heat loss and improved the indoor climate.

A distinctive feature of the building is its arched windows, stone elements, and complex façade geometry — such surfaces require a material with high adhesion and uniform distribution. TSM Ceramic made it possible to renew the walls without changing the architectural style, preserving the original stone texture while simultaneously creating a thin thermal insulation layer.

Thanks to its increased vapor permeability, the coating protects the house from moisture and prevents mold growth, while UV resistance ensures long-term durability of the façade.
