A residential house with a floor area of about 135 m², built in the 1970s, is undergoing a full thermal insulation modernization using TSM Ceramic liquid thermal insulation. Initially, the property had an energy efficiency rating of class D; however, the photo shows the stage of applying the first layer of the coating, which already allowed the rating to be raised to class B.

The façade of the house features deep decorative elements and complex horizontal lines — such surfaces are difficult to insulate with traditional materials without compromising aesthetics. Thanks to high adhesion and the possibility of applying thin layers, TSM Ceramic preserved the original appearance while providing additional protection against heat loss.

The material forms a stable barrier against moisture, condensation, and ultraviolet radiation, and its high vapor permeability allows the walls to remain dry. After completion of the works, the residents will receive a modern, energy-efficient house without the need to install bulky insulation systems.
