A single-storey residential house with a floor area of about 142 m², built in the 1960s, is undergoing comprehensive façade modernization using TSM Ceramic liquid thermal insulation. Initially, the property was in energy efficiency class D; after completion of the works, the rating will rise to class B thanks to reduced heat loss and improved thermal stability of the walls.
The photo shows the preparatory stage: surfaces have been cleaned, windows protected, and installation ladders set up to ensure uniform application of the coating. TSM Ceramic makes it possible to insulate houses of this type without installing massive boards or altering the external appearance of the building — the thin ceramic layer adapts to any geometry and preserves the architectural style.
After application of the coating, the façade will receive additional protection against moisture, UV radiation, and mold formation, while the indoor microclimate will become more stable throughout the year.
