A residential house with a floor area of about 128 m², built in the late 1990s, was completely updated using TSM Ceramic liquid thermal insulation. Before modernization, the property was in energy efficiency class C, but the thin, highly effective coating allowed it to be improved to class B without increasing structural weight and without installing traditional insulation.
The façade retained its neat architectural style with characteristic arched elements, while TSM Ceramic provided an even and durable coating on all surface types — from plastered walls to decorative components. The technology also protected the house from moisture, condensation, and UV exposure, which is especially important for a region with strong seasonal temperature fluctuations.
After modernization, the residents obtained a more stable temperature regime, reduced heating costs, and a durable façade that does not require complex maintenance.
