A residential house with a floor area of about 140 m², built in the 1950s–1960s, is undergoing full façade modernization using TSM Ceramic liquid thermal insulation. The property was originally in energy efficiency class D, and one of the owners’ objectives was to improve the thermal stability of the building without installing a massive insulation system.

The photo shows an active stage of work: scaffolding has been erected, surfaces thoroughly prepared, and the first layer of TSM Ceramic applied. The material spreads evenly even on the complex, wave-like geometry of the façade, providing high adhesion and forming a thin yet effective thermal insulation barrier.

After completion of the works, the energy efficiency of the house will be raised to class B, heat loss will be reduced, and protection against moisture and ultraviolet radiation will be improved. Thanks to the vapor permeability of TSM Ceramic, the walls will remain dry, which significantly increases the service life of the façade and prevents mold growth.
