A single-storey residential house with a floor area of about 110 m², built at the beginning of the 20th century, is undergoing full restoration and thermal insulation modernization using TSM Ceramic. Before the works, the property had an energy efficiency rating of class E, typical for old houses with thick but poorly insulated walls.

The photo shows the application of the base layer of TSM Ceramic: the façade has been cleaned, decorative elements and windows protected, and scaffolding installed for precise spraying of the composition. Due to its high adhesion, the material adheres well to the old plaster, levels the surface, and creates a base for subsequent finishing coats.

After modernization is completed, the house will move to class C, which will ensure a noticeable reduction in heat loss, protection against condensation, and stabilization of indoor temperatures. TSM Ceramic preserves the historical appearance of the building and extends the service life of the façade without adding structural weight.
