A private residential house with a floor area of about 175 m², built in the 1990s, is undergoing comprehensive façade modernization using TSM Ceramic liquid thermal insulation. Initially, the property had an energy efficiency rating of class C, but the owner set the task of increasing thermal efficiency and protecting the façade without installing massive insulation.
The photo shows the main application stage: the façade has been prepared, windows and the extension carefully covered, and scaffolding installed for uniform spraying of the coating. TSM Ceramic provides strong adhesion to the substrate, creating a thin but highly effective thermal insulation barrier that maintains the architectural form and decorative elements of the building.
After completion of the works, the house will move to energy efficiency class B, and the owners will benefit from improved thermal stability, lower heating costs, and durable protection against moisture, ultraviolet radiation, and mold formation.
