A modern two-storey house with a floor area of about 180 m² underwent full façade modernization using TSM Ceramic liquid thermal insulation. The building, constructed in the 2000s and initially rated in energy efficiency class C, was upgraded as the owners sought to improve thermal performance and protect the façade from seasonal loads.
TSM Ceramic was applied to all vertical and inclined surfaces, including areas around the garage, entrance group, and window recesses. Thanks to high adhesion, the material spread evenly over smooth and previously painted surfaces, preserving the modern architectural geometry of the building.
After the works were completed, the property’s energy efficiency improved to class B, and the façade received durable protection against moisture, ultraviolet exposure, and condensation. The thin ceramic coating stabilizes the indoor microclimate and reduces operating costs without changing the visual style of the house.
