A residential house with a floor area of about 150 m², built in the 1980s, is undergoing partial façade modernization and protective treatment using TSM Ceramic liquid thermal insulation. The property belongs to energy efficiency class C, and the owners’ task is to improve the thermal stability of the side walls, which are particularly exposed to heating and cooling.

The photo shows the treated lower perimeter of the walls — a zone where thermal bridges, capillary moisture uptake, and local temperature variations frequently occur. Applying TSM Ceramic in this area makes it possible to create a stable thermal barrier without changing the overall façade appearance or increasing the structural load.

The material provides protection against moisture, prevents mold formation, and stabilizes the thermal regime, keeping the base dry and improving the indoor microclimate. After completion of the treatment, the property will be upgraded to energy efficiency class B.
