A two-storey family house with a floor area of about 185 m², built in the 1990s, is undergoing comprehensive façade modernization using TSM Ceramic liquid thermal insulation. Initially, the property was rated in energy efficiency class C; the owners set the task of reducing heat loss and refreshing the appearance of the building without installing traditional insulation.
The photo shows the renovation stage: the façade has been cleaned, prepared, and coated with the main layer of TSM Ceramic, which spreads evenly over large surfaces and complex elements — balconies, columns, canopies, and window areas. The material provides strong adhesion and forms a thin thermal insulation barrier while preserving the architectural lines of the building.
After modernization is complete, the house will be upgraded to energy efficiency class B and will receive protection against moisture, ultraviolet radiation, and condensation. The silver-white finishing layer of TSM Ceramic creates a clean, neat appearance and increases the service life of the façade.
