A modern private house with a floor area of about 170 m², built in the 2000s, underwent full façade modernization using TSM Ceramic liquid thermal insulation. The property combines large glazing, wooden structural elements, and plastered surfaces, which requires a material with high adhesion and stability under temperature fluctuations.

TSM Ceramic was applied to all plastered zones of the façade, including hard-to-reach areas around glazing, the entrance group, and projecting structures. Thanks to the thin ceramic layer, the building acquired a neat and modern appearance, and its energy efficiency improved from class C to class B.

The material provides protection against solar overheating, condensation, and moisture, enhances the durability of wooden elements, and stabilizes the indoor microclimate. After modernization, the owners received a more comfortable home with noticeably reduced heating and cooling costs.
