A residential house with a floor area of about 200 m², built in the 1960s–1970s, is undergoing comprehensive thermal façade modernization using TSM Ceramic. The property has an elongated shape and a large glazed area on the upper level, which makes it particularly vulnerable to heat loss and seasonal temperature fluctuations.

The photo shows the stage of applying the base and intermediate layers of TSM Ceramic. The lower part of the façade and the areas around the windows have been carefully treated; scaffolding has been installed, and protective measures for insulating glazing and wooden elements have been carried out. The material adapts to different substrate types — from wooden cladding to plaster — forming a continuous thermal insulation contour.

After the works are completed, the energy efficiency of the house will increase from class D to class B. TSM Ceramic will provide protection against moisture, ultraviolet radiation, and mold formation, and will stabilize the temperature regime in buildings with large glazed surfaces.
