A historic house with a floor area of about 180 m², built in the early 20th century, is undergoing comprehensive façade restoration using TSM Ceramic liquid thermal insulation. The property features a unique architecture with a large glazed area, wooden decorative elements, and an open terrace, which makes it sensitive to seasonal temperature fluctuations and moisture exposure.

The photo shows the stage of restoring the lower façade level: plastered surfaces have been levelled, prepared, and coated with a base layer of TSM Ceramic. Thanks to high adhesion, the material adheres reliably to both stone and wooden substrates, forming a continuous thermal insulation contour without increasing the structural load.

After modernization is complete, the house will improve its energy efficiency from class E to class C and will receive long-term protection against moisture, ultraviolet radiation, and condensation. A particularly important advantage is the stabilization of the indoor microclimate in rooms with large glazed areas and wooden elements, which significantly extends the service life of the historic building.
